Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 10 calendar days to return eligible items from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items are not elidgable for returns or refunds.

Kindly note all shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping fees for a return is your responsibility & not refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise arranged.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund payment.

Refund payment may take a few days to recieve as it is dependant on card/account issuer's policies'.

In order to initiate a refund, login, select orders under your account from there you will be able to select the refund option.
